Bdwiin999 is an international online gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries. These terms and conditions apply to the bdwiin999 website, mobile application, and all associated services.

Bdwiin999 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes the next time you log in to the platform. Continued use of the platform will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.

• These terms and conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation, the Bengali version shall prevail.
• Bdwiin999 does not provide services with the intent of violating the laws of any country.
• Bdwiin999 may withhold services from residents of countries where online gaming is entirely prohibited.

Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to open an account on bdwiin999. You may be required to provide your National ID or passport for age verification. Accounts registered with false information will be closed immediately.

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, bdwiin999 reserves the right to close all of them and any accumulated bonuses will be forfeited.

• The mobile number and email address provided during registration must be valid and accurate.
• Keeping your account password secure is your own responsibility.
• Your account must not be shared with or used by any third party.
• No bdwiin999 staff member will ever ask for your password — anyone who does is attempting to defraud you.

After registration, you are required to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Identity verification must be done before your first withdrawal. Large withdrawals are not possible without completed KYC.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Bdwiin999 supports transactions in Bangladeshi currency (BDT). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is ৳500 and the maximum deposit is ৳50,000 per transaction.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 and the maximum per request is ৳50,000. The total daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000. Winnings from bonus balance are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

• Deposits are usually credited to your account within 5 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests may take 1–24 hours to process.
• Bdwiin999 does not charge any service fee on withdrawals.
• Withdrawals can only be made to your registered payment account.
• To prevent money laundering, bdwiin999 reserves the right to block any suspicious transactions.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bdwiin999 offers a variety of bonuses — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and referral bonuses. Each bonus has its own terms and expiry.

Withdrawals are not permitted until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met after claiming a bonus. Attempting to withdraw directly from your bonus balance before wagering is complete will result in the bonus being forfeited.

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is typically 15× the bonus amount.
• Wagering must be completed before the bonus expires (typically within 30 days).
• Claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• Cashback bonuses come with no wagering requirements — withdraw your winnings instantly.
• Bdwiin999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on bdwiin999 use internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. This means every game outcome is entirely random and unbiased — no player or operator can influence the result.

If a technical issue occurs during gameplay (such as a disconnection), that round will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded. However, deliberately disconnecting to influence a game's outcome may result in account closure.

• Using bots or automated software to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes is considered fraud.
• Any attempt to exploit game bugs or glitches will result in winnings being voided.
• Bdwiin999 reserves the right to void any bet in Sports Betting found to be connected with match-fixing.

Minimum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game. Bets typically start from ৳5. Maximum bet limits also differ per game and are reviewed on a regular basis.

Bdwiin999 believes gaming is entertainment — not a solution to financial problems. That's why we provide members with a range of tools to help them stay in control.

• Deposit Limits: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Timer: You will be automatically logged out after a set period of inactivity.
• Reality Check: Reminds you how long you have been playing at set intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: You can close your account yourself for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.

If you're having trouble controlling your gaming, please contact support. bdwiin999's support team is trained in responsible gaming practices.

Account Suspension & Closure

Members may request account closure at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

Bdwiin999 reserves the right to close an account for the following reasons:

• If false information is provided during registration.
• If multiple accounts are operated.
• Engaging in bonus abuse or any fraudulent activity.
• Threatening or harassing other members.
• If age verification fails.

Upon account closure, your real money balance will be refunded; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited. bdwiin999's decision in such matters is final.

Bdwiin999 is committed to protecting members' personal data. Information collected during registration is used solely for service delivery, identity verification, and legal compliance.
